The CNA will assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that residents receive the best possible care. Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
  • Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional
  • Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Current CNA license
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility, as needed
  • Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedule
