Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for payroll processing and HR administration? We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on this team's HR and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for more than 100 employees every two weeks.
  • Execute 401K calculations and submissions, ensuring payments are accurate and timely.
  • Manage federal and state payroll obligations and garnishments through Paycom.
  • Handle PERA contributions and related administrative tasks.
  • Perform payroll-related duties, including processing manual checks and updating employee statuses.
  • Keep detailed and compliant employee records, both digital and paper-based.
  • Aid in recruitment by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

What We're Looking For in a Payroll Specialist:

  • Over 5 years of experience in payroll processing and HR support functions.
  • Familiarity with Paycom is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to see the broader perspective.
