Serve with a Smile: Greet and engage guests, providing exceptional service that leaves them excited to return. Keep It Flowing: Manage bar inventory, maintain cleanliness, and ensure all drinks are served with top-notch presentation. Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to create a smooth, enjoyable guest experience. Handle Transactions: Process orders and payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and smooth service. What We’re Looking For: Friendly & Charismatic: You bring a positive attitude and charm that makes guests feel at home. Experienced: Previous bartending experience is preferred, and a passion for creating unique drinks is a plus. Organized & Quick on Your Feet: Able to handle a fast-paced environment while staying focused on guest satisfaction. Bilingual Bonus: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly valued. Service-Oriented: You take pride in providing exceptional service and going the extra mile for guests. Non-Slip Shoes: Required for safety in our fast-paced bar environment ( please note they are not provided by the company ) . Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
