Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Must possess the ability to multitask, work independently, and take direction from management when necessary Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with an extreme level of attention to detail Must be able to work in extreme heat (summer) and extreme cold (winter) for extended periods of time

Work Environment : This position operates in a typical office environment. The office areas includes cubicles and open workspaces. The noise level is generally low to moderate. Employees are expected to work on computers and communicate in person or via phone and email.

Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision (working on a computer) and the ability to adjust focus. This role is also required to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 10 pounds occasionally. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
