We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Reservation Specialist to join our team at the front desk.
The Reservation Specialist will play a key role in managing reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between various departments to guarantee a delightful stay for our guests

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Assist guests with booking accommodations, dining reservations, and any special requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure rooms are prepared according to guest's preferences.
Process payments, deposits, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in reservations or front desk operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
A passion for providing exceptional service and creating positive guest experiences.
