We Offer Set Schedules: 12-hour shifts & a rotating 2-week standard schedule of 3 days, then 4 days is 15 working days a month as a full-time associateAdvancement: We prioritize promotion from withinState-of-the-Art Equipment: Work with our top of the line blow molding & extrusion equipment from industry leaders, such as Sidel and Husky, as well as our own proprietary technologiesYou WillMonitor regrind usage and returns. Verify blenders are set properly and adjusted as needed. Manage surge bins, keep them full if regrind inventory allows.Responsible for reporting food safety issues to personnel with authority to initiate action.Complete color changes on all three lines from start to finish.Assist maintenance with troubleshooting tasks and minor repairs.Fill in for line operator vacancies or breaks as needed.Assist in PM's as needed.Assist in mold and line changeovers as needed.Complete assigned Find and Fix it tasks as needed.Assist in the HDPE New Hire training program.You HaveTeam oriented.Self motivation and flexibility of job assignments.Blend of technical, interpersonal skills, and continuous learning through training.Previous Experience in Plastics Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Electro-Mechanical or a similar technical area preferred.
