Sales Associates are responsible for growing market share with Real Estate Agents, Property Managers, HOAs and Inspection Partners within a defined region. The Sales Associates will drive revenue growth by expanding relationships of the existing client base and identifying and closing new client opportunities. The ideal candidate will pursue opportunities for long term growth and revenue.Job Duties:Develop & conduct numerous face-to-face presentations, meetings and conference calls to drive top line revenue and top of the funnel sales opportunities and to gather and document the changing needs of partnersAbility to network, interact and conduct business with C-suite and executivesIdentify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targetsBuild and prioritize target prospects listsManaging both existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunitiesTake a lead role in the development of proposals, posts and presentations to create and nurture business opportunities and partnershipsParticipate during internal sales calls and monthly meetings and report on all activitiesWork with product management and marketing to ensure products support customer needsResearching organizations and individuals to identify potential clientsContacting potential client to establish rapport and arrange introductory meetingsPlanning and overseeing new sales and marketing initiativesIdentify and attend local events, conferences, meetings and industry eventsMaintain CRM to capture sales analytics and stay current on leads and follow up activitiesAbility to attend and participate in evening and weekend networking events and trade showsOvernight travel may be required for effective customer and team support, approximate maximum of 50%What you Bring to the Table:3 - 5 years of sales experience in real estate or real estate related fieldHigh energy, hunter sales mentalityExceptional written, spoken communication and presentation skillsBachelor degree, Business or related field experienceDesire for ownership and entrepreneurial attitudeTrack record of high achievement in a sales environmentStrong written, listening, and verbal communication skillsRespect for detail oriented, data-driven sales processesStrong sense of urgency and ownership as well as a deep pride and desire to exceed goalsEvidence of confidence, curiosity, creativity, coachability, optimism, initiative, and flexibilityGeneral knowledge or interest in learning about real estateCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) skills and knowledge of CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce)Excitement to join a fast-growing startupWhat we Offer: As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you are eligible for:Competitive commission comp package 10 paid company observed holidaysCompany provided laptop, monitor, accessoriesRemote/Flex OptionsFun virtual/in person company eventsBOSSCAT is proud to be an affirmative action / equal opportunity employer.
