Description

ICM Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer to join our team. As an Engineer at ICM, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and improving material handling systems for the mining sector.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**

+ Design and development of products and enhancements for conveyor systems and other heavy equipment used in mining and related industries.

+ Apply expert knowledge of structural engineering principles in the design of steel structures and components.

+ Conduct analysis and simulations to ensure designs meet or exceed industry standards and performance criteria.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, and manufacturing to design, build, and install products per project needs.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the mining, heavy equipment, or steel manufacturing industries.

+ Demonstrated expertise designing steel structures. Including FEA/structural analysis, 3D CAD modeling, and preparation of fabrication drawings.

+ Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to mining, heavy equipment, and structural engineering.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome engineering challenges.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience around heavy machinery and mining equipment or steel fabrication industries.
