The Social Media Marketing Manager will be laser focused on driving audience growth across all social platforms for these brands while also increasing engagements, video views, impressions and reach to maximize awareness and conversion. This role will own both Kaja or I Dew Care social channels and is responsible for multi-channel social platform strategy, content planning, content sourcing, community engagement, partnerships, giveaways and social metrics reporting. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong writing skills, an ability to easily and authentically adopt a brand's voice, has a keen understanding of the current social media landscape and trends and can source engaging content. The ideal candidate must be a flexible and creative self-starter who is able to work within an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and support multiple projects at once. This position will report to the North American Head of Marketing and work closely with brand managers, creative, influencer, sales & legal teams. Core Responsibilities Social Media Strategy Develop the annual social media strategy, by brand, to ensure we meet, or exceed, our annual social media KPIs Ensure the brand-level social media plans are aligned to the annual marketing calendar for each respective brand Lead the development and execution of social strategies to support launches or key sales initiatives Social Channel Planning, Management & Execution Develop and own the

You have previous experience owning social for a brand You live and breathe social media with an always-on mentality; passionate user of digital technologies & knowledge of social media best practices - you’ve worked with social media management tools before. You have a deep understanding of the “in’s and out’s” and latest and greatest of all prime social media platforms - TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat and how to create platform-specific content for these channels. You can develop stories and visual content around the brand and its respective products. Experience with using audience insights, test and learn results, and data insights to develop and optimize content. Ability to give insightful and strategic creative feedback to cross-functional teams; can craft decks and present key learnings and takeaways.
