Minimum Qualifications 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise analyzing, designing and improving user experience to drive business outcomes 2 years of experience developing conversational interfaces and chatbots Undergraduate degree or equivalent competency in information technology, business management, marketing or a related field Demonstrated expertise defining a product vision and roadmap Demonstrated expertise influencing, negotiating with and gaining buy-in from stakeholders Demonstrated expertise understanding the needs of, and advocating on behalf of, existing and prospective users Demonstrated expertise collecting and using data to make strategic decisions Demonstrated expertise defining, managing and measuring product success Demonstrated expertise translating user requirements into work items for engineering, design or data teams Demonstrated ability to understand underlying technologies, data and design of solutions Demonstrated ability validating design through user research, such as A/B testing Ability to contribute to a Product Management Community or Practice (CoP) Knowledge of modern software development practices and concepts, such as product scalability Preferred Qualifications Experience with Conversational AI, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning technologies Undergraduate or graduate degree or equivalent competency in information technology, business management, marketing or a related field Experience with the fintech industry Experience designing and developing conversational interfaces and chatbots Passion for learning and advancing cutting edge technologies Job Summary As a Senior Digital Product Manager – Consumer Origination

, you'll be recognized as an expert by the teams you work with and act as a mentor to peers. You'll own the success of software products by setting the strategy, roadmap and feature definition for all phases of its lifecycle. You'll combine competitive market research with business goals of the client to illustrate a product vision. You'll also define the business hypotheses and key performance indicators to measure product success and ensure delivery of business value for each iteration of a product release. As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you'll be responsible for elevating product team performance and have demonstrated your ability to mentor and drive product performance and processes at a higher caliber. In this role, you will focus on developing 'Conversational AI' experiences, leveraging your expertise in Conversational AI, Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning technologies. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of digital products aimed at streamlining operations and improving customer interactions in the finance sector. Collaborate with product, engineering, design, AI specialists, and cross-functional teams to integrate appropriate AI enhancements that support operational goals. Manage the product lifecycle from concept through market launch, ensuring that products meet client needs and business objectives. Define key performance indicators and analyze product performance to guide future developments and adjustments. Communicate complex product features and benefits clearly to all stakeholders, including non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment and support across the organization. Advocate for user-centric design and continuous improvement in product offerings. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management, preferably within financial services. Experience incorporating AI into digital products, enhancing functionality and user experience. Strong understanding of the mortgage or financial services industry, including operational workflows and customer needs. Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to make informed product decisions. salary range

for this position is

one hundred thirteen thousand dollars

to

two hundred thirty-six thousand five hundred dollars

. The position may also be eligible for an

annual bonus

and other employment-related benefits

including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits,
