Your Impact

You will understand and continuously improve the integrated systems and processes of our Advertising and Billing operations. Ideal candidates possess big-picture vision yet the drive and attention to detail to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time with customers and evangelizing their needs. You balance strategic thinking with outstanding execution. You will work with internal development teams and external vendors to deliver successful outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of advertising systems. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for supporting the advertising and billing systems identifying opportunities for innovating and ensuring they meet business goals and deliver maximum value to our users and advertisers.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
  • Vision and Strategy: Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the advertising and billing systems, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Product Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of product features and enhancements. Prioritize the product backlog and work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality releases.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, finance) and external partners. Gather requirements, feedback, and ensure the products meet their needs and expectations.
  • Mentorship & Leadership Capabilities: Mentor and coach a small team supporting people using our products. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance against key metrics. Use insights to drive product enhancements and address any issues promptly.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the advertising and billing space. Leverage insights to inform product strategy and innovation.
Qualifications

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Deep understanding of print and digital advertising and billing systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience leading and coaching teams

The base salary for this role is between $129k and $155k. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
