Communication: Foster strong relationships with customers and team members through effective communication. Continuous Improvement: Implement processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. Proven track record in facility management with a focus on customer service. Strong project management skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
