Must be proficient in SQL and creates SQL queries for mass upload. Can write medium to high complexity SQL queriesCoordinates with process teams on functional specifications for minor enhancements. Might have worked as a contributing member of team in at least 1 or 2 mid to large-sized support projectsIs knowledgeable of and complies with customer internal ITIL processes and policies in day to day activities.
