Customer Support Representative

We are on a mission to revolutionize the way Third Party Contractors and Tradespeople work, and we're hiring a Customer Support Representative to help make it happen. As a member of the support team, you will help manage our inbound phone line and be responsible for ongoing communication with both internal and external customers. You will be keenly focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

This role is based in our Dallas, TX office.
Responsibilities:
Be a leader and top-notch executor that relentlessly focuses on delivering the best customer outcomes.
Through phone and email support, identify the customer, their issue, and find the best path to resolving their concern in a timely manner.
Liaise with Estimators, Dispatchers, Project Managers and Third Party Contractors and summarize the feedback we receive via our inbound phone line, providing solutions and insight on any customer related issues.
Communicate and follow-through with residents and clients on appointments, schedules, reschedules, payments, and delays.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent required
Some college preferred
1-3 years support experience specifically interacting with customers via phone and email.
Proven track record of maintaining a solution-oriented mentality; even when a problem is tough, you will need to find a solution that best matches the expectations of the customer.
Prior exposure to home repair/home maintenance industry is a plus, but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High degree of professionalism with strong attention to detail
Desire to learn and grown within the company and industry
Good sense of urgency and timing when communicating
