Requirements:
You must be interested in working with the homeless population
Family or Adult,Geriatric NP
NY State Licensed
Responsibilities:
Treating the homeless
Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
Prescribe necessary medications and treatments
maintaining patient medical records and documentation
will be screening for chronic conditions, managing substance use disorders, providing vaccinations, wound care, etc.
APPs will be on their feet and walking around during their shift
Project runs Mon – Fri from 10 am – 6 pm
Must commit to at least 2 shifts a week
