**Position Overview:**

A Business Development Representative is responsible for receiving incoming calls, establishing relationships with customers and scheduling appointments for the Sales Department.

**Who You Are:**

* You are proficient and have a strong understanding of CRM tools

* You can establish and manage continuous improvement efforts for the BDC

* You are self-motivated, goal oriented, and have the proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment while achieving BDC related customer satisfaction goals measured by manufacturer surveys

* You have excellent customer service skills and are clear in your communication, verbally and orally

* You stay informed on industry trends and have the proven ability to create and manage a positive and productive work environment within the BDC

* You have 2+ years of Sales or customer service experience

* You are professional have a strong work ethic

* Able to work in a fast paced environment

* You possess a high sense of urgency
