Job Overview:

The Lube Technician is responsible for maintaining vehicle quality through oil changes and tire rotations. This entry-level position will help progress employees to become full automotive main-line technicians. We provide mentorship, training, tools, and uniforms.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Possess a valid driver's license and favorable motor vehicle record
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Authorized to work in the United States
Essential Functions:
  • Perform maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and follow dealership standards
  • Diagnose and repair automotive vehicle systems, including flushes, oil changes, and tire rotations
  • Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
  • Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs to service advisors and customers
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions
  • Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings for necessary repairs
