The Account Manager ensures that quality candidates are hired within specified recruiting goals, and that clients are receiving the highest level of service possible. The Account Manager will strengthen candidate, client and company relationships by implementing specific recruiting strategies and processes and working alongside candidates and clients to provide continuous customer service. Responsibilities: Conducts pre-screening interviews; builds profiles on qualified candidates; submits qualified candidates to client manager for interviewing Partners with client managers and supervisors to evaluate, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies Utilizes leads, referrals, and social media platforms to build and maintain a quality candidate pool Ensures the candidate's background meets the requirements on job description(s), including license verification, background check, and drug screen Oversees the onboarding process of new hires in partnership with compliance specialists Manages travelers on assignment; duties include but are not limited to, weekly processing of payroll, conflict resolution, retention, and contract management Manages, develops, and enhances existing Vendor relationships Prospects new client contracts (acute care facilities) Follows compliance and submittal rules while submitting candidates Manages billing rules for each client Update job orders in CRM (Nexus) Assists Recruiters in identifying potential assignments for their candidates Maintains documentation and records of client interactions Follows all necessary state and/or federal employment laws Additional Duties as assigned Job Requirements: Outstanding organizational ability with attention to detail Excellent customer service skills High energy and passion Ability to make decisions and solve problems Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Ability to maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with customers/vendors and employees at all levels within the company Strong time management skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Desired Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is strongly preferred 1-2 years of recruitment, client or account management experience preferred Equipment Used: Desktop/laptop Phones Microsoft Office Suite LaborEdge/Nexus Working Conditions: Office and/or remote work as approved by supervisor General office and administrative work Physical Requirements: This is largely a sedentary role; requiring minimal physical functions including but not limited to walking, standing, sitting as deemed necessary. This position does require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Ability to operate a computer, telephone, copier, and other office equipment.
