Oversee finance forcommercial real estate, private wealth and credit. Primaryresponsibilities include the development and analysis of strategicinitiatives; interpreting and communicating financial results to seniormanagement and front line staff; calculating and forecasting thefinancial effects of managerial initiatives; maintaining annual budgetand on-going financial forecasts for the group; and monitoring andimproving the integrity of the financial results in an unbiased manner.Managerial and supervisory responsibilities include the mentoring,coaching, and development of a team of financial analysts in thedelivery of the overall responsibilities of the group. Lastly, directand participate from time to time in cross-bank, multi-functional teamsfor various initiatives and be the subject matter expert for all mattersrelating to Line of Business and Credit\'s financial statements andcondition. This role will have elevated visibility with executiveleadership to provide insight and guidance on current and futurefinancial performance. Job Accountabilities Develop and analyzestrategic initiatives related to business unit structure, portfoliosegmentation, staffing, and incentive compensation. Use internal andexternal data and complex analysis to provide opportunities forvalue-enhancing strategies and to validate the efficacy of managerialinitiatives. Develop, manage, coach, and direct workflow of team ofanalysts engaged in the operational delivery of financial support to thebusiness units within Line of Business. Report, communicate andinterpret actual financial results to senior management and front-linestaff. Relationship Profitability Analysis model - assist the businessline in interpretation of results and support of inputs. Provideeducation and interpretation of financial reporting and methodologies asit relates to cost accounting, long-term credit charges, FTP, etc. andhow these effect the bottom line results to relationship managers, teamleads, and group heads.
