Ventus Executive Solutions (VES) is seeking a Naval Aviation Systems Engineer with experience in aviation systems to join our dynamic team.

The person in this role will be part of a new ship building program which designs, constructs, and tests the US Navy's new Fast Frigate warship. The ideal candidate has the ability to directly interface with government customers and the shipbuilder to understand the aviation system requirements. The person in this role will lead the integration of all aviation systems for integration into the platform. The candidate should have the knowledge to assist the government test team to develop test scripts within a controlled environment.

This is a hybrid position with in-person requirement 2 days per a week at the Washington Navy Yard.

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5-7 years Naval aviation experience OR 10 years work experience in Naval aviation
  • Ability to report findings and analysis to a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Secret Security Clearance
Desired Experience
  • Direct experience with Naval aviation systems
  • Experience with program management
