Job Description
Our client, a leading ingredients company, is looking for a Territory Business Manager with solid Sales experience. Specifically, we are seeking an individual who is able to handle the following responsibilities:
1) Provide sales and support to existing clients and potential customers
2) Promote the value of LAN probiotics, inoculants, yeast derivatives and technical support services in the territory
3) Generate sales growth by working with existing customers and distributors to support their efforts and by identifying and securing new customers in the territory
4) Manage territory sales support, prospecting, and client relationships effectively to maximize sales growth
5) Organize meetings and plant tours with clients and prospects in which LAN can present technical expertise and innovative solutions
6) Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concern
7) Select and explain the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment
8) Participate in identifying new market opportunities within LANs core competencies
9) Attend industry events and internal meetings outside of the territory
Critical Requirements
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the ingredients industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales management
