We are seeking a talented Marketing Project Lead to join our team at Dobbs Equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for leading creative design projects, steering them from conception to delivery, meticulously planning, scheduling, and monitoring execution. You will create visually compelling designs that enhance our marketing strategies and support our overall brand presence. This position also coordinates projects focused on our company's growth, including company events, trade association events and product expos, along with OEM co-op and various special projects. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: May include some or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Marketing and Advertising

Develop and design visually engaging graphics for various marketing channels, including digital and print media.
Design promotional materials for trade association events, product expos, and community outreach activities.
Work closely with sales, product support and other teams to develop and help execute integrated marketing strategies, including awareness, lead generation and retention campaigns, account-based marketing, new product launches, plus digital and public relations initiatives
Assist in monitoring, review and report on all marketing activity and results including ROI and established KPIs and make recommendations on campaign enhancements.
Collaborate closely with the brands we represent and internal teams to create cohesive and effective design solutions.
Work on projects aimed at increasing market share, driving revenue, and enhancing customer engagement through creative visuals.
Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure our materials remain fresh and impactful.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
Provide creative input and direction for various special projects and merchandising initiatives.
Sponsorship Event Planning Efforts

Help with the budgeting and execution of company events including employee and customers targeted events.
Assist and execute trade association events and other trade shows which at times require overnight stays
Assist execution of activities to support event strategy
Manages and maintain all standards, policies and procedures for event planning
Develops working relationships with local trade associations to enhance the advertising opportunity
Works with team members to review scheduled events and troubleshoot potential challenges/conflicts

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Project Management, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Project and event management experience (required). Position requires management of several concurrent projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Desired minimum 1+ years graphic design experience with project management focus
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Must have competence in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and quickly adapt to new software systems. CRM experience desired.
Must have a great deal of flexibility to handle the changing work environment
Must be mature, team orientated and possess a positive attitude
Must have good interpersonal skills
Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must proactively determine team needs and exceed their expectations
Must adhere to ethical principles, has sound character and honesty
Ideally has knowledge of construction equipment dealer business practices, ideally including the practices followed at John Deere dealerships, is preferred.
Education: Formal education or training required to perform the essential functions of the job. Includes degrees, certifications, licenses and/or registration requirements.

Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
