of Workday technology changes and new functionality launches across the People Team Requirements: 5+ years of experience configuring HCM and Payroll modules in Workday including HCM Core, Payroll, Compensation, Time Tracking, Talent Management, Security, and Business Process Administration Experience in supporting Workday system upgrades, implementations, go-lives and post-go-live technical support, including writing and completing test scenarios for implementations and enhancements Strong expertise in Workday report writing and calculated fields Ability to troubleshoot into Workday details to resolve issues quickly Strong understanding of People and Payroll best practices, processes and compliance. Experience analyzing requirements and adjusting or changing to create the most optimal solution Experience in designing, building, and testing processes in various People and Finance applications Ability to understand the business requirements, and user needs and translate them into operational requirements Strong technology aptitude and interest in research, data, metrics, and analysis Demonstrated ability to work independently, remaining agile and flexible in a challenging environment and managing multiple competing priorities Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience Pay Disclosure At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company.
