Summary Statement: The Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting banking and treasury systems related functions, and company financing related tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with cash management and treasury services. This position will also assist and work closely with senior management on various special projects. Primary Job Duties: Manage all cash management functions including Wires, ACH, Checks, Virtual Credit Card payments and account transfers. Establish daily/weekly cash positions and support with short term and long-term cash forecasts. Support in the administration of bank portals and treasury related systems including credit card merchant services, gift card and employee reimbursements. Support debt management functions, including monitoring and tracking of interest expense payments, all credit agreements and related covenants and comply with all reporting requirements. Coordinate treasury financial policies, document operating procedures, and handle audit requests. Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide reporting to support information for various special project requests. Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing. Use personal device/cellular phone for job-related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc. Perform other job-related duties as requested. Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple assignments with tight deadlines. Demonstrate strong organization skills, high attention to detail, and communication skills. Ability to be flexible to a changing environment, acknowledging urgency when necessary. Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to effectively communicate in English. Polished appearance and demeanor. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures. Preferred: Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting. Minimum Education and Experience: Must be 21 years of age. At least two years of experience in Treasury Management. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a similar field, or related experience. Certificates, Licenses, Regulations: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
