We are rooted in relationship, and are seeking an HR leader to join our team.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Director to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. The successful candidate will lead by example to foster a culture of trust and respect.Responsibilities:Develop and implement talent strategies that align with business objectives.Evolve Talent Acquisition strategies that align with banks long term growth goalsDevelop and implement strategic compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.Provide counsel and guidance to the Executive team on all employee mattersPromote a high-performance and inclusive work culture through dedicated programsManage HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Design and implement training programs to drive employee development, promote career growth, and grow skills needed for the futureStay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure best-in-class HR processes and programsDirect and implement employee engagement and recognition programsComplete internal control tasks, such as completing required governmental reports, monthly payroll audits, and ongoing reviews of other HR associate's reconciliations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar strategic HR role in the banking industry.Strong sense of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and industry best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to think strategically, prioritize work, and align HR initiatives with business objectives.Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, compensation, employee development, and performance managementProficient in using and implementing HR software and tools to streamline processes and enhance HR operations.SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.Bank of St. Francisville is an equal opportunity employer and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
