Review each closing file to verify documents are present, accurate, compliant and sufficiently complete for closing. Serve as an escalation point for the Closing Specialists. Education And Experience: Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. 5 + years of experience working in the commercial lending industry, with a deep understanding of loan products, regulations, and closing processes specific to construction projects. Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines. Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a broad set of responsibilities. Excellent communication skills. A strong understanding of risk management principles and a proven ability to identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the closing process.
