Security - Account Manager - SYRACUSE

Account Manager/Site Director experience required

WinTeam, Kronos, or other scheduling/payroll experience REQUIRED

Compensation: $27.00 / hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm with weekends and other shifts as needed

About the job:
  • Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
  • You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
  • You monitor security and alarm systems, CCTV monitoring.
  • You respond to client emails
  • You dispatch officers to areas of need
  • You provide rapid response in critical situations.
  • You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
  • You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

Your background:
  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • 2-4 years prior experience working in a Supervisory Role.
  • 2-4 years hands on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, Email, typing etc.
  • WinTeam, Kronos, or other scheduling/payroll experience
  • If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better
  • You have a state security license, New York Security License
  • You have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
