We are seeking a HRIS Analyst. The HRIS Analyst is a key functional and technical resource within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enabling the effective utilization of Workday to meet organizational needs and objectives.
  • Supporting and optimizing our Workday system and related tools, processes, and data. Act as a product owner of one or more components of Workday, ensuring accurate configuration, security administration, and business process design.
  • Enhance the overall user experience by optimizing Workday functionality and usability.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and complex reporting tools.
  • Support integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring effective data quality and reliable exchanges.
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT teams for system enhancements.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate employees on Workday features and best practices.
  • Support the organization's Workday strategy, including system enhancements, upgrades, and adoption initiatives.
  • Continuously explore and leverage Workday's capabilities to improve HR processes and drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with a team of HRIS professionals to support system administration and user needs.
  • Support and assist new product implementation both within Human Resources and outside the department.
  • Work to enhance process management and communication across teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS management, with a focus on Workday.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, directors, and other employees.
  • Must have ability to work independently and without supervision.
  • Must have typing skills.
  • Must be experienced with using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must be well organized and display attention to detail. Must be trustworthy and dependable.
  • Workday certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management
  • Proficiency in Workday configuration, security, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Items:
  • This position involves analysis, configuration, testing, providing technical support, and delivering user training related to the HRIS system.
