Job Description

Working as a full desk recruiter at HumanEdge, you will own a role that will further develop your skills, giving you an opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

Responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation Manage your own portfolio of candidates, from the interview through offer stage Manage your own portfolio of clients, from the proposal through the close of the sale Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates Develop and pitch proposals, as well as negotiate contract terms and rates

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 2 years of full desk recruiting experience Self-driven, motivated to grow and continue to learn Proven track record of success Strong desire to be a top performer within a winning team
