If you're passionate about consumer products, e-commerce, and high-growth start-ups, keep reading eCommerce Operations Coordinator Job Summary The eCommerce Operations Coordinator will play an integral role in helping to maintain and grow our rapidly expanding business by managing the day-to-day operations of our global product catalogs, overseeing product setup, performing critical digital updates, and assisting with catalog expansion opportunities. The perfect candidate will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, be highly detail oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reporting into the eCommerce Operations Manager, this role will be instrumental in creating a best-in-class customer experience. The eCommerce Operations Coordinator is a great opportunity for someone interested in eCommerce merchandising while gaining hands-on experience as Ruggable continues to grow. Key Responsibilities and Duties Manage daily site operations tasks, including setting up new products, updating product listings, managing prices, and actioning ad hoc requests. Perform regular QA to ensure product information is accurately reflected across all Ruggable websites (US and additional international websites). Work closely with cross-functional teams to help action critical tasks related to the launch of new styles, products, and international site expansions. Assist eCom Operations Manager with ad-hoc projects. Qualifications and Skills 1-2 years of eCommerce or Merchandising experience 1-2 year of experience operating in Excel & Google Sheets Experience and/or willingness to learn key eCommerce merchandising tools and platforms Ability to problem-solve collaboratively with cross-functional partners Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Excitement and interest for the home decor industry Attention to detail & ability to multi-task Preferred Skills Experience with Shopify, SearchSpring, Contentful, Heap, SQL, Python, Asana and/or Jira Hours and Compensation Job Type: Full-time The position is currently hybrid (3 days in the office), based in our corporate Gardena, CA office At Ruggable, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
