HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst serves as a facilitator and functional and configuration resource for Jefferson's Time and attendance application (workforce software). This position provides functional application expertise for various policy driven pay practices and leave administration. The HRIS Analyst will provide guidance for reviewing new business processes and solution designs to ensure that cross-functional teams fully understand the impact of decisions made during system configuration.
Responsibilities: 1. Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson 2. Analyze business end-user needs, document requirements and translate into proper business user specifications. 3. Consult with business end-users regarding issue management, business process design and business optimization. 4. Support the implementation and maintenance of the Jefferson's time and attendance system from a functional configuration perspective. 5. Responsible for functional product knowledge of HR applications and assist and educate end-users on the use of the system, including reporting tools 6. Support and apply the appropriate project management methodology. 7. Ensure project and production support success through timely issue resolution and proactive assistance and monitoring of deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or a closely related field required; 4+ years of experience. Master's preferred; Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM Certification preferred
