RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support creation and implementation of organic and paid digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, advertising, etc.).
  • Copywrite and design news releases, social media content, advertisements and other external marketing/PR pieces.
  • Collaborate with other departments on marketing internal and external company engagements, events and outings.
  • Liaise with sales team on business development efforts to target and nurture sales prospects and ensure all materials meet brand guidelines.
  • Enhance employee engagement by preparing internal communications (email, newsletter, intranet, etc.).
  • Perform market research on areas of opportunities, prospects, industry conferences and more.
  • Present on marketing trends and best practices as a result of research and analytics conducted.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and strategy sessions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with digital marketing and advertising channels/software (Hootsuite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram Canva, Mailchimp, Google Search Ads, etc.)
  • Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a plus
  • Photography/Videography experience is a plus
  • Exceptional work ethic, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a positive Can-Do spirit and teamwork mentality
