You will gain valuable, practical skills in supporting digital marketing campaigns, developing internal company-wide communications, researching and reporting on other markets/areas of opportunity and more.

RESPONSIBILITIESSupport creation and implementation of organic and paid digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, advertising, etc.).
Copywrite and design news releases, social media content, advertisements and other external marketing/PR pieces.
Collaborate with other departments on marketing internal and external company engagements, events and outings.

Liaise with sales team on business development efforts to target and nurture sales prospects and ensure all materials meet brand guidelines.

Enhance employee engagement by preparing internal communications (email, newsletter, intranet, etc.).
Perform market research on areas of opportunities, prospects, industry conferences and more.
Present on marketing trends and best practices as a result of research and analytics conducted.
Participate in creative brainstorms and strategy sessions.

QUALIFICATIONSDegree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Experience with digital marketing and advertising channels/software (Hootsuite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram Canva, Mailchimp, Google Search Ads, etc.)
Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a plus
Photography/Videography experience is a plus
Exceptional work ethic, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a positive Can-Do spirit and teamwork mentality
