We want your mind in the mix, to perceive, observe, reflect, decide, and act.Intake, screen, organize and process all that you are able, focus the advisor's attention on the items that require her personal attention, and ensure that all activities are captured, scheduled, and completed.Prepare and send outgoing mail.Proofreading (or quality assurance) skills to ensure that own work is in accordance with advisor or broker/dealer (Commonwealth Financial Network) criteria.Track all pending business paperwork, follow up on outstanding transactions with Commonwealth (e.g., transfers).Maintain appropriate turnaround time on all items (e.g., 24 hours for checks)Stay apprised of client meetings and ongoing activities, keeping up to date on the advisor's priorities and projects, goals, and timelines and what she wants/needs to do with each on an ongoing basis so that you can process, schedule, and oversee projects.Coordinate the advisor's calendar availability; appropriately blocking time and coordinating commitments with the team.
