to join our Supply Chain team. As a Supply Chain Analyst your role will be essential to carrying out day to day reporting and analysis functions within the AMERS Supply Chain group.

What you will do: Identifying and designing dashboards to report critical KPIs Working with Supply Chain team to extract data and assemble into actionable reporting Collect data on supply chain operations. Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency. Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations. Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards. Measure supply chain performance and report to management. Work with the procurement, logistics and IT departments to enhance service delivery Daily reporting on various KPIs Identification of opportunity for increased efficiency, cost optimization, etc. Participation in projects, supporting from a Supply Chain standpoint Creation and maintenance of SC dashboards

What we look for:

Required: Proven track record in a similar role, ideally with experience of operating with a high-volume of product lines Excellent verbal, written skills with so as to communicate appropriately with all levels of the business First class time-management and organization skills to support working in a versatile & fast-paced role A willingness to be forward thinking and accepts any changes necessary for the progress of the department or Company Take ownership of change actions; ensure everyone is fully engaged, the overall pace of change is set to achieve targets, and manage any uncertainty and/or issues that arise during the process Experience in a supply management role or related position Excellent mathematical and analytical skills Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management or related fields Ability to work from one of our office locations (Houston, TX, Westchester, IL, Flippin, AR, Erie, PA)

Preferred: Proven knowledge of inventory management Two or more years experience in a supply management role or related position Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop actionable insights from data Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software, and knowledge of warehouse management systems beneficial
