What We Need

As the Director of Marketing at Radix, you will hold a pivotal role in propelling our growth and establishing a dominant position in the multifamily space. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), collaborating closely with the executive team to align marketing efforts with the company's vision and goals.

What You'll Do

Strategic Marketing Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Radix's vision, mission, and business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with the executive team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all marketing channels.
Marketing Operations:
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless coordination and integration.
  • Implement performance metrics and tracking tools to measure marketing results and ROI, making data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
External and Internal Marketing:
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including collateral, presentations, and sales tools, to ensure consistent and impactful representation of Radix's offerings.
  • Develop and execute internal marketing strategies to keep employees informed and engaged with the company's goals and achievements.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to the executive team on marketing performance and recommendations for improvements.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Build and lead a skilled marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Digital and Content Strategy:
  • Drive an integrated digital marketing strategy that includes social media, content marketing, and email campaigns to engage both prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, relevant content that aligns with the brand's messaging and resonates with the target audience.
Brand Positioning and Messaging:
  • Lead efforts to define and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with target audiences and differentiates Radix within the multifamily industry.
  • Craft compelling and consistent messaging that accurately positions Radix as a market leader.
Key Qualifications to Have
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, digital marketing, content creation, and social media platforms.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring teams, both internal and external.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations, think strategically, and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with the multifamily industry or real estate tech (PropTech) landscape is advantageous.
  • Passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
