The Content & Communications Strategist will lead the creative execution of marketing materials, including; creative layouts, flyers, logos, and other digital content. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate content marketer to research, write, edit, and design content that showcases prospects, customers, and partners how PFSbrands is the best solution for them. Adapting to changing schedules and meeting tight deadlines are necessary. The successful candidate must be well-organized and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Must have experience ensuring brand messaging adherence and influencing others with a clear vision for copywriting and commitment to excellence. This person will be creative, a self-starter, and passionate about content and taking our brands to the next level. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the creation of marketing content, from writing copy, to working cross-functionally on design and execution. You will write and edit materials including print/digital collateral and emails.Manage all social media accounts. This includes scheduling posts, community engagement, analyzing social media metrics to understand content performance by staying updated with social media trends.Plan, organize and maintain the social media content calendar. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies and coordinate posts with marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and industry events. Ensure a consistent posting schedule and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.Identify and build relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors.
