**$500* SIGN-ON BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS**

* Someone to help our guests Show off your city and be the tour guide for the guests send them to your local favorites.

* Make an impact on your guests by making each experience unique and tailored to them.

* Welcomes guests and assists them with their stay, including checking in/out, wake up/courtesy calls, and handling guest concerns and requests

* Takes reservation requests and making adjustments to reservations as needed

* Works with Hotel Management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience

* Uses our front desk computer system to complete customer transactions and run reports

* Communicates with the housekeeping team to be aware of room availability or guests

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* HS Diploma or equivalent work experience

* 1-2 years in a previous customer service position

* Basic office skills (i.e. math, cash handling, computer skills, etc.)

**About our team**

The Systems engineering team in Linkping consists of nine people working together both internally and cross functional. We are responsible for leading the overall technical processes and decisions within customer projects and quotations.

**Being a Systems Engineer**

The Systems Engineering role is important in technically complex projects. The systems engineer acts as the technical responsible within the project team and plays the key role in leading the development. This means close cooperation with both engineering disciplines, operations, and management. In principle, the systems engineer interacts with all parts of the company. The Systems Engineer has the overall technical responsibility to ensure that the customer needs are met. The role also takes an active part in developing our processes, methods, and tools.

To support our Systems Engineers, we are now hiring a student. You will support the team with a variety of task, such as working with the System Engineering process, writing product specifications, collecting, and systemizing documentation and data related to our products. Depending on background and interest the list of tasks may be extended.

**Qualifications**

We are looking for students in year 3, 4 or 5 with competence within:

* Mechanical Engineering /Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering and Management or similar

* Good communicative skills, both Swedish and English

* Team oriented, contributing to a good atmosphere and a good climate for cooperation

* Eager to learn, curious

* Down to earth approach, no task is too big or too small

* Work 20 %, e.g. 1 day/week
