Senior Salesforce Administrator (Sales Operations) | San Mateo (In Office)
Privately-owned, boutique asset manager/mutual fund company focused on U.S. small/mid-cap equities seeks Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead development/execution of sales operations strategies within Salesforce. Will play pivotal role in defining processes and optimizing revenue-generating activities while fostering cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidate will build/configure/automate technology solutions to deliver business value, working with stakeholders/sales teams to define system requirements and customize the platform, enabling users to get the most out of Salesforce technology. Will evaluate/select/implement marketing automation system as part of the role. Given firm size, this hire will function as both Salesforce Administrator as well as a Business Analyst for Sales/Revenue Operations.
Responsibilities:Develop/refine sales operations strategies in alignment with firm goalsImplement/improve processes to measure/enhance sales efficiency and streamline workflows/drive revenue growthLead enhancement of technology stack to support revenue operations and increase productivityHandle fundamental Salesforce administrative functions including user account maintenance and workflowsCarry out regular internal Salesforce system audits/upgradesWork with sales teams to set up personalized dashboards/fields/alerts/reports to shorten sales cycle and track every lead in greater detail; provide actionable insights by sales revenue data; recommend improvementsPlay key role in strategic planning; contribute revenue-focused perspectives to drive firm growthFoster a culture of continuous improvement/innovation/accountabilityCollaborate with teams to ensure pipeline management/resource allocation and identify best practices
Requirements:5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, ideally with Sales Cloud / Marketing CloudCertified Salesforce Administrator; additional certifications (Sales Cloud / Marketing Cloud) preferredBachelor's degree; strong Salesforce product knowledge; marketing automation experience highly preferredKnowledge of basic triggers/Apex code and system integration experience with Outreach or Gong preferred; system integration experience with DST SalesConnect is a plusWants to work with a small business, wearing several hats and willing to be in-office 5 days/week
Our client will pay $100k-150k base salary (plus bonus) plus discretionary bonus. The salary can vary depending on factors such as skillset, experience, etc. In addition, employer offers generous and comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) and profit sharing.
