Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling and planning client events, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. If this sounds like you, apply now Responsibilities: Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures Take incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing, etc. Help with monthly mailings to our database Qualifications: Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures Take incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing, etc. Help with monthly mailings to our database Light cleaning to keep the office clean and neat
