Weekend Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at CommonSail Investment Group. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and guests, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience.

• Answering Calls and Transferring: Answer all incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department in a timely and professional manner.
• Resident Check-In: Conduct daily resident check-in and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and visitors, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including sorting and delivering mail, internal messages, and packages to residents and staff.
• Marketing and Inquiries: Handle marketing telephone inquiries and drop-ins, following established guidelines and procedures.
• Log Maintenance: Maintain accurate records, including the front desk log book and resident sign-in/out log.
• Emergency Procedures: Be familiar with emergency call systems and procedures, including fire, medical, and police emergencies.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with one to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience: Minimum two-year office experience, with excellent Microsoft Office skills and customer service skills.
• Skills: Ability to type 40+ wpm, respond to emergencies in a calm manner, and work independently in a professional atmosphere.

This position requires standing for long periods, communicating effectively with others, and using hands to handle equipment and objects. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and push residents in wheelchairs. The work environment is moderate, with occasional travel to different locations.
