Gruppo Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Cassa Depositi e Prestiti ricerca "Infrastructure Financing Analyst" Attività La risorsa verrà inserita nella Direzione “Business”, nell’Area “Infrastrutture” e nello specifico nel team “Finanziamenti Energia, Utilities & TLC Gestione Separata”, e svolgerà le seguenti attività: (i) predisposizione della documentazione necessaria per l’iter deliberativo e la gestione dei processi interni funzionali all‘approvazione e finalizzazione delle operazioni di finanziamento; (ii) analisi finanziaria e financial modelling (Excel, VBA); (iii) gestione delle operazioni di finanziamento di competenza, dall’avvio dell’istruttoria fino al closing; (iv) analisi della documentazione disponibile relativa al progetto o alla società in affidamento (due diligence, modelli finanziari, bilanci, etc.) e acquisizione delle informazioni utili per la valutazione del merito di credito delle controparti; (v) supporto alla redazione di documentazione e reportistica (note, presentazioni, etc.), sia per finalità di rappresentazione interna che per comunicazione verso l’esterno. Requisiti La risorsa ideale possiede una laurea in ambito economico o in ingegneria gestionale, ed ha maturato un’esperienza pregressa di almeno 2-3 anni in analoghi ruoli all'interno di primarie istituzioni finanziarie e/o di debt advisory, maturando conoscenza del settore infrastrutturale ed esperienza in: (i) strutturazione delle operazioni di finanziamento; (ii) valutazione dei rischi sottostanti, ivi incluso il rischio di credito, e relativi mitigants; (iii) conoscenza e autonomia nella gestione dei modelli finanziari. Il ruolo richiede un’ottima dimestichezza con il Pacchetto Office e una fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese. Completano il profilo ottime capacità di analisi, di sintesi e di problem solving, nonché un elevato grado di proattività, di motivazione e predisposizione a lavorare in team.
