Lightspeed , a leading DMS company, as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer. This hybrid role is perfect for a professional who thrives in managing systems and developing innovative solutions. Your expertise will enhance our Salesforce environment, ensuring operational excellence and driving our business forward.
Responsibilities:
**System Administration:**
Manage daily operations of the Salesforce platform, including user setup, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
Maintain and enhance workflows, function layouts, and object architecture within Salesforce.
Monitor system performance, conduct regular security audits, and ensure system integrity and data quality.
Provide user support and training, ensuring efficient and effective use of the Salesforce platform.
Experience with the following Salesforce Add-ons:
- NetSuite
- NICE CXOne
- Enablix
- DocuSign
Ensure data governance policies are enforced.
**Development:**
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Salesforce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications using RESTful APIs and middle-ware solutions.
Create and maintain user roles and hierarchies, security settings, and data access and visibility.
Design and develop data-driven reports and dashboards to assist management in decision-making.
**Project Management:**
Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable solutions within Salesforce.
Lead the planning and implementation of Salesforce projects, managing timelines, and ensuring timely delivery.
Continuously evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and capabilities to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certified Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I credentials required.
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator and developer.
Proficient in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
