The Manufacturing Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical systems and components for our advanced electronic products. This role requires a blend of engineering expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical components and systems for electronic devices and collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate mechanical designs with electronic systems. Analyze test results and iterate designs based on performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that designs are feasible and cost-effective for production. Provide technical support during the production process to resolve any mechanical and/or electrical issues that arise. Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through to production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications and test plans. Identify areas for improvement in existing mechanical systems and propose enhancements to increase efficiency, reliability, and performance. Work with electrical engineers, product managers, and quality assurance to ensure alignment and successful outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other engineering tools. Strong understanding of design principles and manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various departments.
