You are a KEY player who is responsible for providing **AMAZING** Customer Experiences to Profinium customers. You work with the Personal Banking team to help customers achieve their dreams & build lasting relationships. ****Accountabilities****
*****Customer Service - 75%*****
* You greet walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner, & direct them to the proper personnel.
* You answer incoming calls, directing them to the proper department or person
* You perform paying & receiving functions for customers. This will include cashing checks, taking deposits, withdrawals, mortgage, consumer loan & other payments. Additionally, you may sell gift cards, money orders, official checks & help customers with additional related services.
* You provide a high level of customer service & are knowledgeable of the bank products offered, allowing you to understand & service the customers needs.
* You assist customers with opening new accounts & their current account needs.
* You ensure that the assigned cash balances on a daily basis & is kept secure at all times.
* You must keep cash drawer within assigned drawer limits.
* You recognize any suspicious behavior & have the ability to make decisions when to consult management on any transactions.
* You understand & comply with the related laws & compliance regulations that pertain to all of your duties. Examples include bank secrecy act, privacy, & funds availability policy.

* You support the overall REA effort. Direct REA goals may be established by management for such items as check cards, direct deposit & automated banking.
* You achieve Team Partnership (referral) results based on annual targets communicated by supervisor.
* You assist in the successful achievement of goals set for the Branch & Bank as defined by banks annual organizational objectives.
* You have a thorough understanding of the various products & services the bank offers & effectively communicate the value of those services & products or introduce them to the appropriate expert.

* You have a basic understanding of the compliance function & provide support in this area when needed.

* You have the ability to maintain confidential information
* You have the skills needed in a typical office environment, including computer skills & utilization of office equipment
While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, attend meetings, etc. You have the ability to operate a computer, carry, handle & feel objects; reach with hands & arms; communicate effectively & efficiently in person & over the phone. You must occasionally lift &/or move up to 25 pounds or more with assistance. You have the ability to travel to other locations as needed. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception & the ability to adjust focus.
