Essential Functions Statement(s) Establishes and implements a global supply chain for fiber optic, network, and coaxial cables, connectors, and accessories related to satellite TV, CATV, broadband, and wireless infrastructure industries. Identifies reliable suppliers for foreign manufacturing of products at competitive prices. Analyzes commodity prices to determine appropriate cost of products. Liaison with Asian branch office and foreign manufacturers regarding product specifications, samples, quotes, terms & conditions, production, quality, and delivery. Extensive travel to Asia to develop, qualify, and know suppliers. Must exhibit expanded knowledge of Chinese culture and global trade. Assist with other colleagues’ travel to Asia or accompany them if necessary. Meet Vendor setup requirements including documentation. Collaborate with Purchasing Planner/Buyer and Sales as needed. Supports Engineering Change, New Item Setup, and Product Acceptance (Quality) processes as needed. Demonstrate support of the company Quality Policy and Continual Improvement. All other duties as assigned by management. Regular and prompt attendance is a primary function and requirement for this position. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Competency Statement(s) Accountability

Education Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s of Business Administration or equivalent experience desired. Experience Three to five years of Supply Chain or Sourcing experience required. Three to five years of Manufacturing experience desired. Three to five years of Management experience a plus. Computer Skills Computer literate in a Microsoft Windows environment with the ability to learn new software and application. Microsoft Excel – Intermediate level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as creating a spreadsheet, formatting a spreadsheet, using the formula bar to perform various functions,

importing/exporting

documents, and calculating numbers. Advanced Formula knowledge is preferred. Microsoft Outlook – Intermediate level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as composing, sending, forwarding and replying to messages, attaching computerized files, utilizing calendar and task reminders, viewing several calendars, sharing calendars, creating and sending meeting requests, and creating contact lists. Microsoft Word – Intermediate level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as composing, editing, naming and saving documents, formatting text, and printing. Microsoft Excel – Intermediate level. Must have the ability to create presentations using tables, charts, graphs, effects, animation and motion graphics. Internet Explorer or other web browsers – Intermediate level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as navigating through websites via hyperlinks and searching websites using various search engines and boomerang searches. Accurate 10-Key by touch, alphanumeric. Accurate typing skills, approximately 30 words per minute. General knowledge of how to use a calculator, scanner, copy machine, fax machine, printer, telephone and various standard office equipment. Certificates & Licenses None Other Requirements Must be proficient in Mandarin and English. Proficient in basic mathematical skills such as adding, subtracting, dividing, and multiplying. Must exhibit strong communication skills Must have CRM or ERP experience
