What Youll Be Responsible For:

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Managing the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the organization positively to external candidates and stakeholders.
  • Assist the company in attracting and retaining the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
  • Address challenging roles, delays, and potential issues/risks to the team for additional support and awareness.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline status.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria.
  • Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected.
  • Schedule interviews and travel arrangements as needed (virtual, in-person and remote).
  • You will be the matre-d of the company and one of the faces in its culture, ensuring all employees have everything they need to succeed.
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition, you will ensure an unparalleled candidate experience, through scheduling and digital on-site preparation, as well as onboarding and offboarding.
  • You will own all HR systems, ensuring they are up to date with correct team member information and a source of truth from a financial control/payroll administration perspective.
  • You will own the attendance and job board calendar. We are a manufacturing company and want to ensure that what we provide to the team benefits them.
  • Research, budget, and plan and host cultural activities, including birthday celebrations, retirements, leadership training, and the like.
  • Assist employees with password updates and HR inquiries.
  • Own tracking of internal opportunities to ensure attendance, maintaining personnel files, historical documentation integrity and financial understanding.
  • Catalog and track all job postings, and audit documentation as required by the company and DOL (Department of Labor).
  • Coordinate and schedule orientation for new hires.
  • Manage and coordinate all employee-related functions.
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks in support of Human Resources and organizational clarity.
  • Record and assist with manufacturing departmental training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Youll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field, and five years or more of related customer service or employee administration experience.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, DocuSign, HR databases and HRIS systems.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Generalist.
  • Prior experience with Krono/Ultimate HRIS, as well as Ceridian Payroll.
  • A love for people and a desire to see them succeed.
  • Proven experience of a solution-oriented mindset, in the HR space.
  • The desire to teach and train others on equipment and processes.
  • Ability to learn quickly and go with the flow.
