  • Verify pricing accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Understand and implement item pricing strategies.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

This position requires flexibility, as you will be trained across various areas of retail operations. The role typically involves a full-time commitment of 32-40 hours per week, with scheduling that may vary based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • A minimum of two years of supervisory experience or relevant training.
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills.
  • Experience in retail or customer service environments.
  • Proficiency in cash handling.
  • Warehouse experience is a plus.
