This role is the primary contact point for key account managers and customers when there is an issue that needs to be addressed. Lead and coach the team to provide a single vision and purpose

Be the internal advocate of the customer and drive all issues to resolution.

Best practice development, standardization, training and full deployment via SOP's

Track performance metrics via a daily management board and ensure owners update and fix root cause issues to prevent re occurrence

Lead the cross functional inventory management meeting and provide visibility to current status. Raise key items for resolution with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution

Attend the weekly commercial team call with the objective of sharing current status with respect to our customers and address any items requiring team support

Maintain a library of customer agreements and standards where appropriate

Communicate backlog (correct shipment weeks) of orders and liaises sales to ensure there is an adequate understanding of future demand.

Lead team to ensures that customer requirements for ship dates are met.

Lead team to ensure correct pricing on invoices via ensuring the team verify PO price with the pricing team

Prepare customer scorecards for the sales team to showcase our performance

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience

Four year degree OR equivalent company job specific work experience
