General Description

This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Service Department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Assist customer service with order entry in Pointman
  • Assist customer service with customer data packages
  • Assist customer service with completing order packages and filing
  • Perform invoicing for SGA & Mount Hope
  • Enter invoices into customer based accounting portals.
  • Handle customer/vendor arrivals to the front office.
  • Assist accounting with filing AP and other accounting files.
  • Learn AP & Purchasing process as a backup.
  • Assist in other areas as need to create a better flow of administrative duties.
  • Other duties will be added as she gets more familiar with our business.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Associates Degree beneficial, but not required.
  • Experience: 3 - 5 years’ experience.
  • Languages: English
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Must have strong attention to details
  • Good organizational skills
